Sad time in entertainment

For the stars this has been a tragic past couple of weeks. I think I even shed a tear or two when I watched the Jackson memorial. I remember when I was a little girl I was in love with Micheal. I guess most girls were in the 80's. I was also shocked about Billy Mays, I have been watching Pitchmen all this season. How sad.

Time, time, time

I can't believe I haven't posted anything in so long but I'm taking this online class and there is an assignment due every two days. I have to stay up late at night just to get my assignments done because the kids won't even let me touch the computer or here they come climbing all over me.

Wonderful weekend

I was so ready for the weekend. Working with three after being off so long was a much needed break. I have been doing fine, but I still needed the break. Kids are doing fine, i have one week left then i'll be on break again. Baby is growing . I think my biggest shocker is what I've seen on Tv this week about Jon and Kate. Raising kids is difficult, but as a mom we don't get the privilege of going away hanging out to get away from the stress of being a parent. If that was the case every mom would be gone becasue it is stressful. One thing people don't think about when they become a parent is all you have to give up. It's hard but you just have to buck up and deal; otherwise don't have kids

Sick Children

Oh yeah, They have been at day care now for three weeks. Within the first week my thee year old and two year old had sniffles which have turned into colds. The three year old is finally over his, the two year old is fighting this cold which he is loosing badly. I believe I'm going to have to take him to the Dr. The baby was doing so good, He's been around everyone and didn't show any signs of getting sick until this weekend. All of a sudden he had a little sniffle which turned into a runny nose Sunday, which now Monday turned into a stopped up nose. I hate it when the babies get sick they can't nurse good and they really can't take up medicine. Boy don't you just love day cares.!!

Back at Work

We'll I'm finally able to write. This has been the longest three weeks ever. I started back to work and it's actually not as hard as I thought it would be. I get up every morning at 5 a.m. and nurse the baby. Then I get myself ready and the other three kids and head out the door. I couldn't have asked for a better baby. He sleeps all night and doesn't get up once to nurse. All three of the others got up at least once at night until they were like 5-6 months. I've tried to get him up and he just falls back to sleep. The most exhausting thing is preparing the night before for the following day. No matter how tired I am I have to get bottles prepared and clothes layed out or else I will be late the next morning. I was getting bored being in the house with the kids because it's hard staying home with the kids but I think It's more difficult getting myself and four kids ready everyday then having to come home and do the same tasks that I did when I wasn't working. What we go through its no laughing matter.

1st week

Well i went back to work and boy had my body really felt it. After being off for 12 weeks I physically ache every where. i was worried about the amount of time it would take to do everything but I have to say things have fallen into place. The day before i get lunches and bottles together then lay out clothes and so far i haven't been late. The baby is perfect he sleeps all night and nurses on time at 5 sharp in the morning before i get ready. Then when he get home he likes to rest in his swing. i am so blessed this time. I was really dreading this but it really isn't that bad

savings

I got up early this morning so I can start my meal plan and gather up my coupons for the next few weeks. It really does help by going on line and getting coupons and reading the newspaper inserts. I also saw the episode of rachel ray with the lady that does five dollar meals. It was a helpful site so I put a link to the page on this site
